Size Chart
A proper fit is essential to fully enjoy everything a Selk'bag has to offer. All Selk'bag models are unisex, meaning that they fit both men and women.
The size you need will depend on 3 factors:
- Your height (See recommendations below)
- Your waist/hip size (See Size Guide chart below).
The lower and of the height recommendations below are for people with wider hips/waist.
The higher end of the height recommendations below are for slender people. For example: A 5'5" slender person will most likely fit in a Medium, while a 5'5" person with wider hips will certainly need to upgrade to a Large. -
The activity you'll use your Selk'bag for the most: sleeping, being active or both.
For sleeping, if you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up to make sure you have ample space.
For active use, if you're in between sizes, we recommend sticking to the smaller recommend size without wearing the booties. A less baggy fit might be better to move around without booties, but keep in mind if you plan on wearing the booties the sleeping bag might feel a bit short and 'pull' on your feet and shoulders when sitting/bending.

Minimum Height: 4'4" (52 inches)
Maximum Height: 4'11" (59 inches)
Perfect for kids between 4'4" and 4'10". It’s cozy, comfy, and just their size.
Pro Tip: If they’re planning to use it while on the move (and without booties), this size will still do the trick up to 4'11"!

Fits up to 4’11’’ / 150 cm Tall
Depending on your waist/hip size (see size guide below) - if you are between 4’5” and 4’9” this is your size.It can fit up to 4'11'' if you're slender and if intend to use it while active, without booties.
Size Medium
Fits up to 5’5’’ / 165 cm Tall
Depending on your waist/hip size (see size guide below) - If you are between 4'9'' and 5'5'' this is your size. It can fit up to 5'5'' or even 5'6" if you're slender and if you intend to use it while active, without booties.
Size Large
Fits up to 5’11’’ / 180 cm Tall
Depending on your waist/hip size (see size guide below) - If you are between 5'4'' and 5'9'' this is your size. It can fit up to 5'11'' if you're slender and if you intend to use it while active, without booties.
Size X-Large
Fits up to 6’3’’ / 191 cm Tall
Depending on your waist/hip size (see size guide below) - If you are between 5'10'' and 6'2'' this is your size. It can fit up to 6'3'' if you're slender and if you intend to use it while active, without booties.
IN BETWEEN SIZES?
A looser fit is better for a more comfortable sleeping experience, while a tighter fit is better for mobility while being active (but may feel tight on your shoulders if the booties are left on).
We always recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes or not completely sure. It's better to have a little bit more room than not enough while using your Selk'bag!
